Dani and Eytan Kollin have the distinction of being one of the few sibling collaborative science fiction writers today (the only others being the Guptara twins). The Kollin Bros most frequently asked question is, "How on earth do you manage to write together with minimal loss of blood?" The Unincorporated Man is their first work together and the first novel of four bought by Tor.

Eytan Kollin is a teacher of history, government and economics currently living in Pasadena, California. His hobbies include historical reenactments, chess, and battle recreation with historical melee weapons. The Unincorporated Man is his first published work.

Dani has also worked as a creative director and copywriter in the print, broadcast and new media fields. In addition to being happily married and the proud father of three children Dani is also an avid endurance cyclist and surfer.
